Right now I'd say you need 'a different kind of help' and I feel sorry that I have to be the person to tell you this. I'd say you 'might' currently not be accountable for your own actions, but 'defamation' is probably a punishable crime in your country, regardless.
Also: Both Ibuprofen and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen are rather mild pain medications but it's possible that you should be taking those for other reasons. Before you start spewing random conspiracy theories you should talk to a medical professional (by which I mean somebody with an actual medical degree), not a judge or a friend. Right now your priority should be "getting better".
